I am SUPER nervous!!!

I am so nervous!!! I am taking my paperwork tomorrow when my husband gets paid. I am not sleeping at night, worried that i have messed up the paperwork somehow and I keep going over and over and over and over it but dont see how I could have messed it up, on top of i am still stressing about his dads house I dont think it will be an issue but I never know how someone is going to react to it since he and his dad have the strange messed up relationship (his dad does things like this to hold over his kids heads, and to keep them from doing anything financial without his knowing).
So I will spend today going BACK over it all and make sure I have everything that needs to be done so that i can get this ball rolling. I am ready to tell my creditors to go fly a kite and stop bugging me! lol

You will do just fine, jc! Y'all sound like you could sure use a break. PLEASE stand tough on your budget and get a workable plan for your family.

Thanks so much! I already live on one heck of a budget so that wont be a problem there LOL. I haven't had new clothes in so long its not funny. And neither has my husband. The kids on the other hand grow like weeds. I use coupons regularly and price match at Walmart too when its cheaper to do so! I just so badly want this over with and will begin my count down once we have made our first payment to the trustee. I think my biggest concern is how tight is our budget going to actually be?! His take home is a lot less than his gross, and my unemployment ends in December! I am hoping to get approved for disability since I have numerous health issues that really prevent me from working any extended period of time (I have MS, periphrial neuropathy, and scoliosis!). I am really really nervous as I watched my dad go through this three different times (2 chapter 7's and 1 chapter 13.) I do not want to fall into his shoes and let this happen repeatedly!!! I just want relief.

LOL I am diligent in my shopping. I have to be as I have an allergy to wheat and strawberries! (sucks to be me most times! LOL) PM me your local stores and I most certainly can help you out cutting down your grocery bill. Oh I plan on putting on my chalkboard how many payments to go and mark it down each month as a reminder that in 60 months my life will be anew.
