Mortgage Arrears ??

We are 7 mo's into a 13 in Georgia. We were 2 month's in arrears on the mortgage when we filed, When i looked on pacer [Suntrust] didn't claim but one month. Suntrust had 2nd also, it got striped so now ST has sold your loan to Seterus[i know]

We get a letter from Seterus wanting us to confirmer the numbers of the mortgage ,it showed 2 month's in arrears.

What can i do to make this right? I want it to be right at the end of the 13.

Do you get a bill every month? They bought my loan

They are likely having some correspondence with your attorney that you may not see, so a call to your attorney is in order.
