Stephen, this is not an execution here. You have your opinion and it appears that you want for everyone to agree with your opinion.

You will find that agreement doesn't happen here unless people agree with you. Toughen up, open your mind to the possibilities that others have mentioned, and hang around. It won't hurt too bad.........

And as keepsmiling stated, deadlines are the key. You get done whatever is burning your a$$ the hottest at the time.

It is perfectly fine to disagree with one another, for that is how we can all learn.

See steve; patience is a virtue that is surely necessary in legal proceedings. They don't move the way we want them to move. The outcome is based on many factors. I'm glad to read that you received what you were looking for. If you look in PACER now, you'll probably see the order there as well.

I know my attorney told me she works on the most pressing cases first the ones where the deadline is near. I'm a little like your OP I want answers like yesterday this process is teaching me I must wait and triyng to follow the advice that BK is a process not a event that's over and done with in one day.
