    Singned certified from the court???

Attempting to purchase a new vehicle. Filed a motion to incur debt over a month ago. Recieved notice in the mail for approval. It took 24 days. Dealership already sold vehicle we were attempting to purchase. Went to another dealership to purchase a similar vehicle. Finance Manager said we need this singed certified letter from the court. Nothing on pacer. Not sure what they want. They ask if it has been discharged and I tell them we have 3 more years in chapter 13. It sounds like chapter 7 would have been easier now that I look back on it, but we were trying to do the right thing to pay back some of our bills. Ugh

I would check with your attorney and see if they ever filed the order for the judge to sign.
    (10/28/10 - Filed) (12/09/10 - 341), (1/20/11 - Confirmed)
    08/11/11 - Spouse filed Divorce
    10/11/11 - Payments amended

You can usually get a "certified copy" of any order from the Clerk of the Court. They do charge for this. My District charges $11 to certify an order (document).
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
