So what is happening with her house?

we finally had to rent it out. That is a whole other mess , she had on guy in there for 90 days didn't pay rent and caused over $5000 in damage. Have a new tenant now , but my wifes worry is "if" I have to spend all the money ( hers) and the tenant skips and causes damage again she will not be able to make the repairs. And if she is floating all of my expenses she will not be able to pay her mortgage.
