what happens if i was supposed to turn all of my tax returns in but i got permission to use the first year to fix our car and i was laid off the second year will i just have to pay longer or go to jail or what i an like three months from beeing done for chapter 13

Did you receive any refunds after the first year? If so, did you turn those over to the trustee? Were there any minimum amounts that had to be paid in your plan like arrears on secured debt or the value of non exempt assets? What is the length of your confirmed plan?LadyInTheRed is in the black!

First, let's make sure we are speaking the same language. A return is the form you file with the IRS. A refund is the money you get back if the returns shows an overpayment.
So, do you mean you got refunds ever year? Other than the one that you got permission to use to repair the car, did you turn the refunds over? Were you supposed send returns to the trustee or refunds, or both?
Are you sure that there is a minimum to general unsecured, or is that just an estimate of what would be paid to unsecured creditors? Did you have non-exempt assets?LadyInTheRed is in the black!
