    Totally Confused....

Ok, so have been checking the trustee website ..last week was $785.00 principle balance owed...had a delinquent amount of $ 384.00. Checked today and principle balance owed is now $1700.00 and a delinquent amount of $ 1400.00...WHAT??? How are the figures going up instead of down? Should we contact attorney (email) about the amounts going up?
Our payments are payroll deducted..so how are we delinquent? Hubby gets paid on 1st and 16th of month...however we have noticed that she does not receive her payments till 7 to 10 days later. Should we contact payroll about this? At first payroll was doing very good at being on time..now since we are nearing the end..they are getting later and later..
Sorry for the confusion...just waiting on the end!!

Yep, contact payroll and gather all paystubs as well. Go back through them all from the time you started payroll deduction to now. It could be that if you were paying your Trustee directly in the beginning before transferring to payroll, that you needed to make a double payment so that you didnt fall behind. This is what we had to do due to how the payperiods fell; our entire payment for the following month is paid by the 15th of the current month (i.e., we are paid for 1 June by 15 May). When is your payment due to the trustee?

If you're nearing the end of your plan you want to ensure everything is up to date and correct; would hate to get it dismissed due to payroll errors if thats the case.
