i am coming up on my 4 year mark. payments are going to mortgage and arears, 0 to un secured once the arearages are paid in full will my monthly payment to the trustee go down thanks!!!!

No. Chapter 13 plan payments will stay the same as defined in the plan confirmation documents unless a request for modification is filed with the bankruptcy court.
