National Data Center info missing?

So I logged onto the NDC (National Data Center) website to check on my Ch13 and our names and addresses are gone. It still shows active with the same payment, but the ledger does not reflect the IRS claims any longer. All the IRS claim info is gone from the history too. Also, the claim summary is not available. The ledger does show the attorney and trustee fees along with the state tax claims and history. Now that I look at it again the mortgage info has also disappeared, but the mortgage payment changed by a small amount so that may be in the process of updating, I suppose.

Should I be concerned or are they just doing some kind of annual review?

Could it be related to the taxes? I paid the feds and am waiting for a refund from the state that will be surrendered. I mailed the copies today.

I have found NDC sometimes takes a while to update. I check it periodicaly, but rely on my trustee's annual review that we get in the mail. A few things don't match the NDC info. No big deal. The trustee info is what is gospel.

I realize this, but it has been fairly accurate for the last 17 months thus my concern. It could be many things I suppose, but it makes me nervous. It is the end of the month too, but again I never had this kind of issue.

spidge, glad your info is back, sometimes they have problems with the feed from the trustee. All of my info disappeared once, I waited awhile but started getting worried so I decided to contact them. They told me it was from the trustee feed and they were working on it. It finally come back.

Gee wiz, my trustee must be on vacation as last months (June) payment has yet to post in payment applied. It is usually applied/distributed between the 13th and the 17th, but is just sitting in available funds. I know I should stop stressing at every little hick up.

Anyone else in this district show their payment just sitting there in funds received, yet not applied?

Spidge, it's not just your district. July always seems to be the month I have a problem. I mailed my payment on 6/30 and it finally posted on 7/10, which is later than normal, however the site was not updated from 7/7 until 7/20, so I didn't know if they got it until 7/20. I think they all take vacation in July cause I can't figure what they do.

You REALLY NEED TO STOP checking NDC. NDC is not a legal oriented site and has no legal authority. There is nothing there that matters to you, and even if there was a problem, there isn't a whole heck of a lot you can do about it.

Finally my June and July payments both posted as distributed on 8/16, yet no distribution in for the month of July. My payments are due on the 23rd and we were late in June, but only a little. The payment posted as received on July 2. The July payment came back initially as my wife added an extra digit to the BK# on the money order and had to be returned causing it not to show as received until 8/8.
Why am I posting this? I have read a few posts where people are sharing bad experiences at the end of their BK13. So could I end up owing more at the end because of late payments. I am concerned the trustee may have miss handled the July disbursement, but we did give him our tax money which allowed extra funds to be paid to the creditors. Maybe I just answered my own question.
