Buying a condo

I would like to purchase a condo. My chapter 13 will be completed in August. I owe Approx $1000.00 on my plan. I know I have to get permission from the court. Does anyone know what my chances would be to purchase this before my plan is discharged. I paid my payment faithfully every month. Also while you are in your plan do you have a FICO score? Does anyone know how this works? Thanks

Does anyone know the name of any lender who will work with you on getting a loan?

The only thing I can tell you is that unless you have never had any sort of credit in your life (that doesn't apply to any of us here) then you have a FICO score. It may not be that great but you have one. I'm sure you will get more info from others with more experience than me.
