Hi! My wife and I are looking into filing a Chapter 13. It's a tough decision but I think it might be the best route for us. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good Chapter 13 attorney in the Sacramento area?

You might want to start by searching for certified bankruptcy specialists using the Calfornia Bar Association's advanced attorney search .

There aren't a lot of certified specialists and there are plenty of excellent attorneys without the certification. But, this is a good way to start your search.
