We just downloaded our official discharge from PACER - three years, and it is DONE!!!

Thank you to everyone's posts - you made sleepless nights bearable, hope possible, and played a huge part in helping us get to this point.

Now on to our next chapter of life!

Our last payment was in December and we signed our child support form this week and was told that we should see the discharge in a couple of weeks. So for me its been around 3 1/2 months.

We must have timed it pretty well - we made our final payment at the end of February and it recorded at the end of March!

I hope ours goes like yours. Talked with my attorney's office today and they said it usually takes about 2 months after the final payment for the discharge. Yours sounds about ideal...Congrats again! One of our cars has almost 215,000 miles on it with a bad transmission and another at 200,000 miles was told yesterday needs about $2k in repairs. We need a better car very soon!
