NDC "Ready for Completion Audit" and question about a claim not being paid on yet

Only 4 months left of my BK13 What a crazy 3 years it has been. IT CAN BE DONE! I've had devastating family medical issues (taking care of terminally ill mother in law and paying all her COBRA payments so she has insurance), car repair, house repair (our porch step literally collapsed under neath us), plus all kinds of unexpected things. If you budget and prepare, you can get through it!!! You have to sacrifice and WORK if you want things to get better. You can't just file a 13 and expect things to magically be easier.

We started our 13 with NO savings, overdrawn fees, and over $100,000 in unsecured debt. We put everything on credit cards and it was a vicious cycle.

We will end our 13 with a decent savings account to help with emergencies and rainy days. We are no where CLOSE to being overdrawn. We know where every penny is going. If we want something, we save for it..not instant gratification. We have goals and we WORK toward them...not taking the easy way of a big bank handing us the money in exchange for our souls. Of course, we still have stuff to work on...we are still upside down on our house..like most people in America...but its okay..we will eventually even out.

Anyway, my NDC switched from "active" to "ready for completion audit" today How exciting is that??

When I look at my claim summary and my ledger, I see that every claim has been paid on except for one. It looks like in the very beginning of my plan, they did send a small payment to that claim, but then it was credited back to my account and said "return canceled check" or something similar. No other payment was sent. I still have 4 months left of payments, so I don't know why they wouldn't pay it since everything else is pretty much paid up...where else would they send the payments to. Why do they pay everything except one?

    Have a blessed day
    $124,000 unsecured debt
    $700 a month for 36 months.
Case completed 6/15/12, waiting on papers!
