Percentage change in National Data Center website.

We are in a Chpt 13 plan that showed "about to close" for weeks in the National Data Center website. However, now today all the amount have moved for owing just 13% to oweing 67% for each line and showing a status of " Active Case". We thought we just sent in our final payment and log in to make sure. However now is shows we owe 15K still...huh?

Has anyone experienced this and know what it means if anything. In theory we believe that we are about one year ahead in our plan.

You should not rely on the information at Nataional Data Center.

What do you mean you are one year ahead in your plan? The only way to get out of a plan early is to pa 100% to your unsecured creditors. Have you paid enough into your plan to cover secured debt included in the plan plus 100% to unsecured creditors?

Don't stop sending payments until your trustee or attorney tells you to.

It happened to us here in NY. Check your original Paperwork it will list what % you r suppose to pay. Nataional Data Center depends on what the trustee posts on there site.
What you can check and see how long a plan you were suppose to be in 3 yr or 5 yr originally?
I think you were never ahead on your plan the only way was if you were paying back 100%. Sorry for deflating your balloons, we can have the party later.
