    IT IS OFFICAL AS OF 01-26-2012 WE HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED
    I was cleaning the front of the property and the mailman handed me a letter for the Bankruptycy Court I was nervious and scared to open it up so I handed it to my wife and she opened the letter. It is the DISCHARGE LETTER. I AM SO HAPPY FEEL LIKE CELEBRATING TODAY.
    Don't worry.......... I am going to be around to help all those who need it. Just like they helped me.

      Congrats Arbyone,

      We filed on in Sept., 341 mtg in November and discharged on 1-26-2012. It feels like a rebirth. Looking forward to a growing savings account. Unfortunately, our vehicle just died and we surrendered our Blazer. Now renting a car week to week until we can get financing for a "new" used car. Icee.
