    Overtime going forward

I wanted to get other peoples experience in a ch 13 with overtime. I got lots of ot in the past and not getting much if any anymore. Don't want to wait a full 6 months to file. I know each district may be different but want to get the general idea of how they looked at overtime as a forward looking approach.

I don't have any personal experience with overtime. But, the key is documentation. if you can get a letter from your employer saying your opportunity for overtime will decrease, you should be able to use the expected future income instead of your past income.

Good idea. Maybe the union can give me something on the fact that we are getting new employees and changing hours to aviod giving overtime.
