I wanted to get other peoples experience in a ch 13 with overtime. I got lots of ot in the past and not getting much if any anymore. Don't want to wait a full 6 months to file. I know each district may be different but want to get the general idea of how they looked at overtime as a forward looking approach.

I don't have any personal experience with overtime. But, the key is documentation. if you can get a letter from your employer saying your opportunity for overtime will decrease, you should be able to use the expected future income instead of your past income.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
