Saw on Pacer today, we have been discharged from our Chapter 13!! Last payment was made in July. Just wanted to let people know that sometimes you have to continue to follow up on things with or without an Attorney. Mine was delayed a bit b/c our court was waiting for certificate of non-support, which I would have never known if I didn't call, got that mailed in and after a couple calls the ball was rolling. The ladies at our court were very helpful! It's been a long 5.5 years, but finally done!!
