I usually receive all my mortgage interest paperwork from my bank so i can fill my taxes out by the end of January but last year i paid the trustee. Who will send me my paperwork,the bank or the trustee? and do they have the same timeline to get that to me by the end of the month as well?

Current payments made to the mortgage company will be reported by the mortgage company to you, regardless of whether they were paid directly by you or through the trustee.
In my case, neither the bank or the trustee has reported any payments made on arrears that are included in the Chapter 13. I have had to go to datacenter13.com to print out a report of the paymnets made on the arrears amount.
