We just signed the papers today to file our ch13. It's a lot like signing our mortgage papers, but at the end you don't see "in 30 years, you will have paid $xxx,xxx.xx" instead we got "in 5 years you will be dept free" Great feeling! This might sound strange, but I love our attorney!! I know it is just the beginning, but I have a warm, fuzzy feeling about filing bk - how many attorneys can make you feel that??

Okay, just wait, next week I will be a stress case again...
