    Mortgages in a CH13......

Our mortgage is listed on our CH13 as we had arrears. We are paying our regular monthly payment outside the plan. If we decide to move after our 13 is up, does it work the same as a 7? Can we walk away with no liability if we can't sell the house for what we owe or can't sell it at all? We did not sign any reaffirmations on anything, house nor 2 vehicles. The vehicles are being paid inside the plan though.

    No.

There is no re-affirmation of debt in Ch. 13

You "can't walk" away unless you surrender the house *during* the course of your Ch. 13 (not the way you could after Ch. 7, with no financial obligations) since the debt would not be discharged...

    Good luck to us all.
No person in their right mind files a Ch. 13 with lien strip pro se. I have. Therefore, please consider me insane and clinically certifiable when reading my posts, and DO NOT take them as legal advice of any kind.Thank you.
