    Chapter 13 Plan Confirmed!

    For those who replied/followed my posts, our plan has been confirmed, our attorney has filed a separate motion to get the second mortgage stripped. All has worked in our favor so far. Thanks to all for reading and replying to my posts. We have gotten back on track financially and it feels amazing to be able to pay for our daily expenses in cash!

    Thank you all once again for keeping me sane! It's been a tough road but I am relieved we took it.

      Wonderful news, bn7!! It's always such a relief to have your confirmation behind you! Enjoy the cash lifestyle - it's quite empowering once you realize it can be done and you still have a little cash left over at the end of the month besides! Now just keep making those monthly payments on time.....way to go!

      01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

          rabelcher1, good luck and I hope all goes as planned, thank you all for your replies. I will keep posting any updates to my BK case as they arise.
