    holiday season

Do you think the trustess go a little easy with the "motion to dismiss because of late payments" during the christmas holidays????

No, I don't think so. They don't care why you are late, just that you are and will follow all rules no matter if it's Christmas or not.
    Filed 11/17/11 Chapter 13, 341 meeting 12/21/11. Plan confirmed 1/19/12 - DISCHARGED 12/16/15

Hell no. No more so than BofA would go easier on you, because it's the Christmas season, if you were late on a payment to them.

Maybe there is a trustee out there somewhere who gets a little soft because it's the Christmas season, but I haven't met (or heard tell of) him yet.

Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

My 341 meeting is on 12/21. Let's hope that trustee doesn't celebrate Hanukkah.

No. Christmas is not an unexpected necessary emergency expense. You know it's coming all year long and have that time to scrimp and save up for it. Clearance racks throughout the year are your friend.
          Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
0% payback to unsecured creditors, 56 payments down, 4 to go....
