Hell no. No more so than BofA would go easier on you, because it's the Christmas season, if you were late on a payment to them.

No. Christmas is not an unexpected necessary emergency expense. You know it's coming all year long and have that time to scrimp and save up for it. Clearance racks throughout the year are your friend.Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
