Wife and I are going to file chapter chapter 13 and just got done with the pre counseling and making sure our accounts all are under $300 total. Tried to get a hold of my attorney but couldn't wait for an answer. What is the next step we are to take? Thanks for any answers.

Have you provided all your financial information to your bk lawyer yet? If not, start pulling that together so it's ready to go when you are able to speak with your attorney.
If you've already provided all your financial information to your bk attorney, then you can start putting together a realistic monthly budget using the figures that will be added to your Ch 13 filing forms. There are several excellent budget plans online that are free, or you can go with a software program like Quicken.
