I am not sure but I may have some equity in my house 10 or 15 thousand. Wha happens in achap 13? Is it exempt I live in Pa. married. Did not get appraisal yet.

You can use exemptions to exempt your equity. In PA you can use your state or the federal bankruptcy exemption set.
