Attorney not communicating

Got confirmed a few months ago. I've been emailing her with questions and have been ignored.

Recently had the deadline pass for objections to claims. She hasn't called to review them with me or answered emails about unfiled claims. Even a priority claim.

How is this best handled?

May need to review your fee agreement, it is not uncommon in chapter 13 BK's that attorney's end their services at confirmation.

However, it is still bad form. But, email is NEVER the most effective or reliable way of communicating with your attorney (or anyone for that matter).

Call the office and ask for a phone appointment. A set time on the attorney's calender that both you and your attorney are available.
