We live in eastern Kansas - different BK district than yours. Our lawyer did tell us it's better that we will file in KS because the Kansas City MO area trustee tends to be a little less flexible with folks on their Ch13 plans. If KCMO will be your district to file, hopefully your filing and plan time will go or is going smoothly. Hang in there and good luck!

We're Western Missouri, but sadly we've moved outa State. We'll have to use MO exemptions, but we're filing in a different Court as well.
