Does PACER tell you percentage pay-back?

I hope this isn't a dumb question... but does PACER tell you what % of payback you have?

Don't really want to contact my attorney if I can find it myself (or if you guys can tell me where to find it).

    Thanks!

Why do you care, the percentage of payback is entirely irrelevant?

However, your chapter 13 plan, which is on PACER will have the number or at least have the information to figure it out.

It's not irrelevant to me, because the Trustee will let me keep my tax refund this year if I'm at 100% payback.

No offense, but I would think you would know this already, didn't you go over your plan with your attorney. If you were going to be 100%, that would be known from the very beginning. Plan's generally don't become 100% during the confirmation process unless very few creditors file proof's of claim.

We did go over it, and he said I was at 90-something %. He said this will likely increase to 100% and I won't have to give my refund to the TT in that case. Just wondering, sheesh... nevermind.

PACER probably won't tell you, the only other source would be the 13datacenter assuming your trustee uses it, but it can be hard to decipher.

I wasn't trying to be difficult, but the question did lack some context in order to answer it. So, I guess the answer to your question is, yes and no, depending on your circumstances.

But there is no section in PACER that you can just go to and it tells you the percent payback.

That's what I was wondering, if PACER tells you the exact percentage you're paying back. 13datacenter.com has always said "0" on the percentage paying back... that doesn't make sense to me.

My 13datacenter says next to every claim that I am paying 100%. But, my percentage to unsecureds is such a small fraction of 1% that my plan provides that the amount to unsecured creditors is "pro tanto", which means whatever is left. You can't rely on 13datacenter for anything except making sure the trustee received your payment. PACER won't show anything that isn't in your confirmed plan.

nsupanda, I suggest you plan to turn over your refund. If you haven't received instructions from the trustee by the time you get your refund, call your attorney to find out what to do. Answering this type of questions is one of the things you pay your attorney for.

I do plan on not keeping my refund... it would be nice if he just gives it right back though :-) I've got some expenses to pay around March of next year and that would help a LOT. Just kinda whishful thinking is all...
