I noticed on my credit report that the company that I have a car loan with has been checking my credit. I am in C13 and I have had the loan for over an year. Is this common?

No, it's not common unless this is what they call a "promotional" or "account review". Many credit companies review a person's credit monthly (especially American Express!). This lets them see any trends or if you're about to default. So long as these are "soft" inquiries, they don't matter.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
