Does anyone know the timeline for a foreclosure in Washington state? also, would it make any difference if we had PMI insurance?

From the Washington State Attorney General's Office:
The minimum time constraints are set by state law so PMI insurance would not come into play there.
Who is your mortgage with? What Part of WA are you in? Those 2 things seem to make a difference.
Here in SW Washington it has been pretty slow from all that I can see on the County Tax Assessor's website.
Chapter 7 here so YMMV: Our NOD was filed by Chase on May 19th and they could have filed for their 90 day Notice of Trustee Sale on June 18th (after 30 days) and so far - they have done nothing. We have a VA mortgage loan.
You being in a Chapter 13 may make things a little slower, too.
