Has anyone else noticed the trustees are taking less of the pie? Not that it matters in my case but it orignally was 5.5%. Then for a month or so it was 3%. Now, last couple months, it is 2%. More is just going to our priority debt..I am in California so I would assume they would get closer to the max 10%.

When I started my plan, they were getting 9.5%, now they are getting practically nothing. In fact, for a while there it was less than 1%! I'm in CA too.Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
0% payback to unsecured creditors, 56 payments down, 4 to go.... -
There is a maximum amount they can make per year by law. I believe there are multiple variables to this, however, that is why you see the percentage change and districts charge different amounts.Filed CH13 - 06/2009
