Any idea on the average how long it usually takes the trustee to object to a Motion to Modify if they are going to object. In other words if they are going to object, do they do so pretty fast? Our attorney filed it back on August 25, and so far there has not been any objections posted on PACER The 25th day is the 19th of this month......crossing my fingers...

There's no consistency about when trustees file objections. You'll just have to ride it out and see what happens. You can see if your trustee does file an objection on PACER.
