back property taxes included in 13 not paid

we have finished. with our 13 and discharged 1-11. Seven months later, recieved letter the city wants to foreclose on our property for unpaid property taxes that was included in our chp.13 claims. The trustee admitt not paying all taxes on our chp.13. Now it's a big mess.But in 30 days they will take our property unless we pay additional 3300.00 by 9-22-2011. What can we do because the trustee did not follow the plan as the judge instucted him to do? thank you for reading this
