then a copy sent to me so no chance to point out the errors. I still haven't signed it because of the errors, and no response from lawyer to my calls and emails so far. An original signature is needed asap or case may be dismissed? WWYD?

You need to call your attorneys office and make a face to face appointment to go over your filing. I don't understand why it was filed without you having a chance to go over it AND sign it, but that's neither here nor there now. Make an appointment and sit down with your attorney to go over it all. Enough of the phone calls / emails.
