    Retired and Yearly Annuity Withdrawal

We are in a 47 month Chapter 13 plan. Each spring we take a 5% withdrawal from
our retirement accounts . Are we required to report this to the trustee. Since we
are on a fixed income--pension and Soc Sec we are told this withdrawal is protected
income. If it is not protected we will stop it while we are in our plan . We are Florida
residents dealing with the Middle District. Also do we need to send our tax
refund usually around $1200 to the Trusteee. We have nothing in our paperwork
telling us we need to do this. We will also check with our lawyer but thought
someone here might know the answers to this.

    Thanks for your help
