I have a CC from Citibank. The account is my Mothers but I have a card in my name. How will filing Chapter 13 affect this card. There is a balance on it... but it is my Mom's charges......Should I take my name off of this card or???? any info would be helpful.

Assuming you are only an authorized user and not a joint account holder, your BK should not affect your mother. But, I'd have her remove your name anyway, just to be safe.
