Well guys (and sorry I did post a separate thread) my payment got there on 27 July - normally - well ok until now, it would have cleared on the 30th July, but nothing...no cleared check, nothing, and Data Center is stuck on July 28th as last day of update.

So - should I bother my paralegal and tell her about this?? Or did they just like slow down??? It got to the PO Box on time...don't want it registered as received in Aug!

Maybe they just slowed down. My payment took about 14 days last month to post. ( I can't check for cleared checks since money orders are what my trustee allows.) Probably you should notify your paralegal that payment was sent, so that the trustee will know that your payment was sent on time.

I would wait until they update the site. This has happened to me several times, they can be really slow and every time it was updated it showed the real date it was posted, even if it was several days ago. Once the site is updated with a current date and if your payment is not showing then I would be concerned.

Thanks! well check cleared yesterday 8/1/11 and the site posted with received and credited on 7/29/11, and Trustee sent usual payments on 7/29, and Trustee fee 8/1/11 - looks like he/his office is leaving a cushion of (more or less) one month's payment in the account...

IamOld, I have been running with an extra month in the account for a while. Every now and then the trustee makes the payments before my payment shows and I have a balance of about $3.50. They usually vary the date that they make the payment. I usually get mine there about a week before it is actually due. I have 2 family members that are part of my payment plan, so I have also seen they checks after they arrive, which is usually another week after they take the money out.
