lol I second that notion. Unless there has been one hell of a circumstance change since filing...

I'm telling you. I feel like we're doing something wrong here because we DO have a lot of wiggle room. I keep trying to remind myself that our attorney came up with our plan, and the judge and trustee approved it, so we're just doing what we were told. We didn't hide anything, still aren't. Hopefully it turns out well!

Yes, look on your confirmation order signed by the judge, it has everything on it, including % paid to creditors. NDC always has 100% listed for some reason, regardless if its less; ours shows 100% and we're at 34% I believe...

Unfortunately ours only says how much we have to pay back ($39,600), how long (60 months) and how much goes to unsecured ($4500).

So if our total amount to be repaid is $39,600, and $4,500 of that is to go to unsecured, does that really mean our percentage of payback is only 11%?

My confirmation order actually had none of that. There was a final claim auditing sent to all creditors about a month after confirmation that had all of that information.
NDC percentage is actually acurate for me. All varies by district/trustee!

I can't believe something run by the government varies so much from district to district. Color me shocked that there's no uniformity in place!

So if our total amount to be repaid is $39,600, and $4,500 of that is to go to unsecured, does that really mean our percentage of payback is only 11%?
Take the total of your unsecured claims and calculate the percentage based on the $4,500 that is going to unsecured. So if you have $50,000 in unsecured claims your percentage would be 9%.
I had $310,000 in unsecured claims and am paying back $58,000 so my percentage is 19%.
