Hello, this is my first time to post and I'm still a little nervous about the whole idea of filing chapter 13. I know that this is the path that we must take, and I'm just trying to be positive and breathe... Can I ask for advise on a lawyer in Sacramento?? I have been looking at [lawyer name deleted], has anyone heard of him. If so, is he good?? I would love any input on the lawyer, or any other advise you think I might need. Thank you in advance.
