Confirmation!!!!

Guys, I checked PACER today for spouse's 13...confirmation was set for WEd, but TODAY - it says CONFIRMED today!!!!!

I looked at order and the Recommendation from Trustee to confirmed is signed by judge

/s/ judge's name

All dates closed out (and by the way, not all claims are even in yet!!)

So confirmation is done!!!! (I hope :-)

I am SOOOO grateful to Des, lrprn, Pandora, Shark, Frogger, Catleg, Tobee and everyone else, I can't even express in words.

Now...just need to get atty to put in order request to let us pay without wage withholding as spouse's check isn't enough to pay 13 by itself. I like to send the check, know when it got there...etc...

Then onto my 7 in Sept.......

Because we would have qualified for a 7, if we could have waited - we couldn't, because of impending lawsuits - and the 13 handles back taxes. Long story...but we had to stop the lawuits...

Exactly - let p/t income drop but have to have $$ at the same time to pay atty...it's like walking a very very tight tightrope - oh and be able to pay mort, food, cars, etc at the same time....
