Can someone tell me the site that you go to so you can get your discharge papers from your chapter 13. I know they offer the free talking usually at a library. Does anyone know what you have to do at these talkings in order to get your dicharge certificate

I"m a bit confused as to what you're asking. Are you finished with your CH. 13 plan? If so...then your discharge papers are issued by trustee / lawyer and should be viewable on PACER.

If its the credit counseling you're asking about - in order to GET your Ch. 13 discharge (pre / post counseling courses) then there are several sites you can obtain counseling from listed all over the forum
