But you also need ask how their office works:
Does the office prefer e-mail or phone contact?
What is the average length of time you need to wait before you receive an answer?
Who will be at my 341 with me? You? An associate?
How many bankruptcies did your office file last month? Last year?
Do your fees include filing any reaffirmations or APs? What are the rates for those if they aren't covered?
Little things mean a lot - never more so than when it includes your financial future.
