where does the new car debt $ come from, in a 13?

I just wanted to update and say that we are choosing to repair and replace the engine on the vehicle. It just made more sense and that's what we typically do anyways.
We are working with our atty and taking a break on payments, if approved.
This will extend our 13 but that's life.

If anyone is considering doing a 13 and reading this, please take my advice and have reliable cars BEFORE you file. Also get a really great atty.
A good atty makes all the difference during this stressful 5 year process.
