Data center claim listing versus pacer

Hello! I just saw all of our creditors loaded into the 13 data center. BUT from PACER not all have filed claims (yet).

SO....the load to the 13 data center - do they take what's been filed and use that for the 13 data center info AND then for those that they have NOT filed, use the info from our atty's submission when plan etc was filed with BK court?

OR is the load into PACER slower than data center????

There is a difference between loading the creditors (which is basically the mailing matrix), vs the creditors that actually file claims. The creditors normally have around 90- 150 days after your 341 to file claims.
All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.
Bankruptcy is a process, not an event.......

THANK YOU FROGGER!!!!! That makes sense - it looks like the claims where there was filing is already broken out between principal owed, etc., and the others are listed as "scheduled."

My word man - you're going to have one hell of a PACER bill if you keep checking it like you do! Keep reminding yourself "once a week.. once a week.. I will not login but once a week"

I think you are allowed to review filings in your own case, for free, once.
But Pandora's right, chill on that Pacer use. I usually login every so often to see if there are any new documents posted.
Keep usage under $10/quarter and it's free.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

Don't rely on 13 data center for an accurate list of claims. It depends on accurate entry by the Trustee's staff. My understanding is that some trustees keep it updated better than others. Check Pacer (sparingly) to see what has been filed in your case. Check 13 data center to make sure the trustee received your payment.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

I've gotten better guys - I check the date - and once a day - ONCE I check the claims filing section (unless date has changed) that's 8 cents...I gotta know...if the date has changed then I look at the history.

BUT - we're coming up on the date for objections at the end of next week....so I'm waiting for dropping of shoes...
