"funny" claim by Barklay's in Ch 13

I just had to share this with everyone - forgive the cross-post to collection, but I'm also curious if anyone had run-ins with:

Weinstein and Riley aka Candica LLC out of Seattle - it seems these are the JDB for Barklay's...

What's funny is that at the end of the claim they have a disclaimer that instead of filing "voluminous" material with the BK court, the court should be assured that Barklays provided Candica with all needed info, and state that "this debt arose from use of credit card...which was provided to debtor....Some documents may no longer be available."

Ok then - this debt doesn't exist :-)

No run in with them, but "Weinstein and Riley aka Candica LLC" seem to have bought one of my Capital One debts that is listed as a claim in my 13datacenter account. Names change as to who owns my old debts on that list all the time :-)
