I was transferred to a different state for work but have not had any luck selling my home. I have been living with my boyfriend since I do not have money in my plan for rent and a mortgage but I can't stay here much longer. Does anyone know if I could get a plan modification until my home sells so that I can get my own apartment in the state I am working in? I am 212 miles from my home so I can't just drive back and forth. FYI, I have been in my plan for about 16 months now.

I'd talk to my lawyer and try and rent it out if you can't sell it. Look for someone needing a roommate and try that option out unitl you get the house sold and rented that should help with the money part of it. -
