Letter to Incur Debt

I have to submit a letter to incur debt to my trustee. Does anyone know if there is a sample letter on the internet or on this forum that I could look at to get an idea of how the letter's supposed to look?

You don't have an attorney?

Pacer would probably be your best bet. You'll probably have to file a motion to incur debt with the court, not just mail a letter to your trustee.

momofthree...I do have an attorney. I had been working with the attorney, but was told today that since she will have to request a post ponement of payments for 6 weeks while I'm out on maternity leave in October, she wouldn't sign off on this. The attorney told me all I needed to do was send in a letter pleaing my case and asking for approval. Sucks that i have to do this on my own when I have an attorney, but I have no choice. My current vehicle is on its last leg and I'm not sure how much longer it will last.
