Credit Card Charge by mistake

When placing an on line order I pressed the wrong button and a charge was made
to my account instead of my debit card. As soon as I realized my mistake I sent out
a check to pay the order.

Filed Chapter 13 in March
341 Meeting in April
Confirmation meeting on 6/2

Do I have a problem--This credit card had no balance when I filed in March therefore
it was not reported in bankruptcy petition. Still has no balance because I paid
that charge. (only $70.00)

Take a deep breath. A $70 charge after filing is too small to worry over and you've paid it back already. You're fine. No worries!

If the card had no balance and was not included in your BK filing, there is no problem. However, once that bank learns of your BK filing, they will probably close that account. There is no guarantee it will stay open. And remember, any debt you accumulate after your filing is your responsibility. If you get carried away with this card or run up other debts, you have to pay those bills over and above your plan payment so be careful as to what you do so you do not miss any plan payments by not budgeting and having enough money available each month for that plan payment.
