We just filed Ch7 and my attorney was telling us that he knows for a fact, 2 years after a discharge, either 13 or 7, FHA will loan with a very good rate.

5/9/11 - Filed CH7 - No Asset
7/1/11 - 341 Meeting
9/1/11 - Discharged; 9/22/11 Case Closed
