Very excited to say we are closing on our refinance on Friday. We went through our Chap 13 with an ADJUSTABLE RATE! 
Our rate went up to 13% at one point. Well my first order of business was to refinance after my discharge. (My mom passed away in the mean time so i didnt start till the end of March. But just want to offer some good news to those going through it!
5% wooohoooo! FIXED! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!
This was sooo hard at the beginning but the best thing that happened to us. I miss buying big ticket items without saving for them but ALL my monthly bills are PAID with money left over. That is SUCH a beautiful feeling. And now I have escrow!
